More than 64,000 people live with diabetes in Lviv region. For many of them, diabetic retinopathy develops silently — until vision loss becomes irreversible. But what if identifying early signs took just two minutes and no eye drops?

That’s the idea behind CheckEye — a camera-agnostic AI platform for automated retinal screening that’s now live in Lviv.

This new launch was made possible through collaboration with the Second Medical Association of Lviv, supported by the Lviv City Council and the Ukrainian diabetic federation. And the impact is already visible — literally.

One of the first people to try the screening, Mike RICHARDSON, a quantum and defense tech strategist, said it best:
“I never thought it would be this fast. And I can see the report right away? Incredible!”

CheckEye doesn’t replace doctors. It supports them — by making retinal diagnostics fast, accessible, and scalable. Our platform works with any non-mydriatic fundus camera and provides instant analysis, helping healthcare systems reach more people before irreversible damage occurs.

Next stop? Wherever the need is. And the demand is growing.
