We have always believed that innovation has no borders, and access to high-quality medical diagnostics is a fundamental human right. That is why the CheckEye team is proud to announce its participation in the large-scale international project “Improvement in diabetes care and complication prevention 2026–2029”

This initiative is being implemented in the Central Asian countries of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, with the strong support of WHO Europe and the World Diabetes Foundation.

Implementing effective screening in new regions requires modern, fast, and scalable solutions. As part of this partnership, CheckEye will be responsible for a key technological stage:

  • Integration of modern AI screening. We will help implement our artificial intelligence-based platform for the early detection of diabetic retinopathy and other chronic diseases.
  • Increasing the accessibility of diagnostics. Our technology enables mass patient screening quickly and with high accuracy, which is crucial for optimizing the performance of healthcare systems in these countries.

For the CheckEye team, this project is another vital step toward fulfilling our global mission. We are constantly working to ensure that high-quality prevention and early diagnostics become accessible to a much larger number of people, regardless of where they live.

Early detection of diabetes complications allows for timely treatment and prevents irreversible consequences. We are proud to be part of these global changes that will help preserve the health and vision of thousands of patients 💜
